4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all pre-existing Budo Creative materials, processes, methods, drafts, concepts, source files, and proprietary content remain the property of Budo Creative.
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights expressly granted in the applicable agreement, proposal, or invoice. Third party fonts, stock assets, plugins, themes, software, and licensed materials remain subject to their own license terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, required content, and any materials necessary for the performance of services. You represent that you have the right to use and submit any content, files, trademarks, images, or materials you provide to us.
6. Website Content and Third Party Platforms
We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, policy changes, suspensions, or data loss caused by third party platforms, hosting providers, registrars, payment processors, messaging providers, social media platforms, or other third party tools.
